The service

CarouselMaker creates, schedules, and publishes social media posts from content and instructions you provide. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload and of the posts generated for you. You grant us the license needed to process, store, and publish that content on the platforms you connect — that's the product working as intended, and nothing more. You are responsible for having the rights to content you upload and for the posts you approve or allow to publish.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• No spam or platform-manipulation schemes; you must comply with the terms of the platforms you connect (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Usage limits (such as slides per month) apply per plan.

Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on APIs operated by Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions those platforms take on your accounts.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination do so.
