Delete your data

You can delete your CarouselMaker account and all associated data in either of two ways:

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This immediately disconnects your social accounts and queues all your data for deletion.
• By email: send a deletion request tocarouselmakerapp@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile information.
• All briefs, uploaded content, and generated posts.
• All access tokens and identifiers for connected social accounts (Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• All insights data retrieved from Instagram and Facebook.

Deletion completes within 30 days. Posts already published to your social accounts remain on those platforms — they belong to your accounts there, and you can remove them in each platform directly.

Disconnecting without deleting

If you only want to remove a connected social account, disconnect it in Settings → Connected accounts. Its tokens and platform data are deleted immediately; your CarouselMaker account stays intact.
